You usually measure visible spectrum in nanometers (nm). Resolution is measured the same way, but tested much differently.

Can you give more information on exactly what you are trying to measure?

Thank you for your quick response. This is the task we got for the local people and we were told that this site will read wavelengths and tell us if the green wave is too strong.Thanks in advance.

The last I knew, it took calibration to set up the wavelength. One way of doing that was with a compact florescent lamp. But there may have been software upgrades. Hey @Warren , can you or someone else give a better answer?
