Not exorbitant, but rather high fees.
You can constantly evolve.
Creative work.
The opportunity to get huge popularity.
Minuses
Not all bloggers are becoming popular.
Copying someone else's content or ideas can cause a blog to be blocked.
Biting comments from users.
Unstable income.
Lack of career growth.
If you want to gain popularity immediately, then you need investments in promotion (attracting subscribers, viral advertising, repost and others).
Important personal qualities of a blogger
A blogger must be a resilient, very active and positive person who reacts easily to criticism. He should be able to look for interesting topics that will be discussed and quoted, so the following features prevail in his character:

the ability to concentrate attention;
perseverance;
observation;
well developed fantasy;
creative and commercial veins;
thirst for new knowledge;
