Archiving

On our main map archive, our thought was to have a few directory levels, so URLs work out to:

http://drndl.grassrootsmapping.org/<location>/<year-month-day-sitename>/<format>/<file>.<extension>

resulting in:

http://archive.publiclaboratory.org/cambridge/2011-6-22-massachusetts-cambridge-mit-knightcivicmediaconference/geotiff/2011-6-22-massachusetts-cambridge-mit-knightcivicmediaconference.tif

redundant, but good to have everything in a named folder, and also good to have a descriptive filename
