The Public Laboratory for Open Technology and Science (Public Lab) is open for anyone to join and will always be free.

What does is mean to join Public Lab? The short answer is a Public Lab “community member":

  • is registered on publiclab.org
  • participates in at least one listserve to learn from, contribute to, and gain recognition within the community
  • uses Public Lab tools offline
