Barnstars were introduced to express appreciation for the many unique contributions made by individuals throughout the Public Laboratory community. They are a kind of "warm fuzzy" and can be used to convey sentiments ranging from profound respect to humor. **Any existing barnstars -- or new ones that you customize -- can be spontaneously awarded to anyone by anyone.** You award a barnstar by listing their name on this page next to the appropriate barnstar, the date you awarded it, and adding +1 to the tally. Notice of new barnstars will be publicized weekly in the newsletter.
