Huh stops just short of touching his chest at the bottom and pushes back up a couple inches shy of lockout, doing about ¾ of a complete rep. Doing so prevents his shoulders and triceps from getting too involved while also keeping him from resting at the top, giving his chest a break.

(was worth it) we did high volume, focussed on pump, some sessions were 1. 5-2hrs. . . around 5-6 exercises per body part, 5-6 sets, 6-15 rep range range, constant tension. when we wanted to bring up biceps as an example we did a workout just for biceps.
