This cycle is a stack of Deca and Test in combination with other Arimidex as PCT. The cycle lasts for 12 weeks in the following progression: Weeks 1 to 6, you should take 500mg of Testosterone enanthate and 400mg of Deca (both per week). #1 I'm currently on 120mg of Test Cyp a week for TRT. Have been considering adding Deca at ~80mg for added lean mass and sure some joint relief would be great. There are obviously tons of questions and videos discussing this. My question is would I gain more muscle by just increasing T dose to ~200mg rather than using Deca + Test.

I did 600 test 400 deca last cycle and nothing was wrong with libido. However, the test made me breakout pretty bad and I wanted to dose down to 500mg a week. I know the ratio is typically 2:1 but if that's my test dose than deca would be 250 and that's not enough to yield any results. Is there anyone that does a 1:1 ratio with test/deca?

Currently doing 150mg of test to 100mg of deca (3:2 ratio). Primarily it's supposed to be 2:1, but this gives a little more room for a higher dose on TRT. It's pretty noticeable imo, even on TRT at 100mg/week. Can already definitely notice the drop in libido.

The generally suggested test to deca ratio is 2:1. You should realize that the testosterone intake should be higher than the Deca-Durabolin intake. As you know, you should be careful with your steroid intake. For this reason, the beneficial effects of testosterone are needed to keep you healthy.

You can combine 500mg/wk deca with 200mg/eod testosterone and 50mg of dbol daily. For a good dose, you should also add 0. 5mg Arimidex and 4iu/ed HGH.
