Letrozole works fine as long as you closely monitor your dose and response, as the dose-response curve for letro is allegedly quite unpredictable. For what it's worth, I have used letrozole at 0. 5mg EOD and occasionally 0. 5mg ED and haven't had any problems. However I will be ordering adex when my letro runs out for the reason I gave above. ->
