The belief that Fadogia Agrestis makes your balls bigger seems to stem from the supposed testosterone-boosting effects. More testosterone can stimulate the testes, but there's no concrete evidence to suggest that this stimulation will result in a noticeable increase in size. Health/safety concerns regarding Fadogia Agrestis. The neuroscientist Andrew Huberman (who I'm a fan of in general) went on Joe Rogan the other day and name-dropped this plant extract as one of only two supplements he recommends for raising testosterone levels naturally, without anabolic steroids etc. (fwiw, the other was tongkat ali/longjack .
Just listened to podcast from Dr. Anderew Humberman and he was talking about how the two main supplements he recommends for otc test boosting is Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis. Im already very pleased with ND Tongkat Ali and was curious is u/misteryouaresodumb and company jave researched looking into this supplement. Its very hard to find .
Anyone experience testicular growth/swelling from taking fadogia agrestis? I am running out of ashwaganda by next week so I thought I'd try fadogia. Since ive heard claims of testicular changes I am planning on getting direct imaging of my testes before and after supplementing. I will probably just dose 600mg 5-6 days a week.
34 yo male here. Been taking the 10% TA one/day for about 10 days and my balls are incredibly sensitive and achey for about the last 5 days. I've seen this mentioned previously in other people's TA experience, but hadn't seen anyone comment on whether it improves after continued us. Any insight from anyone with similar experience?
I recently watched the video from about a week ago on Andrew Huberman talking about fadogia agrestis and tonkat ali . I've been thinking to buy a glass of fadogia agrestis but haven't been able to find many trustworthy reviews. Anyone want to share their thought/experiences? thanks Archived post.
I have had my balls shrink during cycle and always used clomid or hcg and some times both, but hcg I needed to use an AI with it because my estrogen shot up and I got real puffy and clomid I got a bit emotional when taking 50mg or more. fadogia agrestis allows me to grow my testes back and use less clomid about 25mg per day instead of the usual .
But you can grow without being sore and the soreness probably won't last long anyway. 1,200-3,600 mg 50% saponin shatavari extract or fenugreek extract or testofen. 500-1,000+ mg 100:1 tongkat ali extract. 5,000 mg whole mucuna pruriens or much less if it's an extract. Whatever works out to 150 mg L-dopa.
Overview Fadogia agrestis is a shrub from Nigeria. The stem has been used to make medicine. Some people claim that Fadogia agrestis can increase testosterone levels, which could help with.
Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis have become insanely popular this year ever since Andrew Huberman was on the Joe Rogan Podcast and said they were the two be.
Can anyone share experience on Fadogia Agrestis? Yes, I have just watched the podcast with Joe Rogan and Andrew Huberman. Huberman mentions Fadogia Agrestis which acts similar to LH. I'm assuming this is similar to HCG. Does anyone have any experience with this supplement? If so please share. Archived post.

600mg 5-6 times a week for 4 wks. No apparently change in testicular size. Some increase in libido noted in the 1st two wks. I took it in the morning but I still had difficulty staying asleep for longer hours. 12/28/22 RT 4. 6x3. 5x2. 3cm LT 4. 2x3. 1x2. 1cm
Fadogia Agrestis toxic to liver, kidneys, and testicles. This supplement needs to be avoided at all costs . I can't imagine the level of greed and sociopathy to put money over human life. 1. 0 Share. Add a Comment.
