Found a supplement extract on Amazon for like $13. Wondering if anyone has used this with good results. From what I have read there was a study that showed this to work. . The study that is the ur-source on this said Grapefruit was efficacious in lowering high hematocrit said half a grapefruit did the job. I see no need to ingest unregulated . ->
