As such there will be a huge amount of muscles being worked across your whole body, from your fingers to your toes. Focusing on the 4 main lifts, Deadlift, Squat, Overhead Press and Bench Press will be a good place to start as well as all variations of these lifts. Cory Gregory's Squat Every Day: Day 1 You don't need to do all 11 variations as John Broz (the guy who inspired Cory to come up with this program) says he only has his athletes do traditional front and back squats. Personally I am using four variations which include front squats, back squats, and pause squats for those two variations.
