Cory Gregory's "Squat Everyday" Program Program here. TL;DR of program: 30 days of squats plus some additional lifts (chest/tris, push, pull, etc); alternating between 11 variations of squats. Have any XXfit ladies tried this program (or something similar)? I'm very interested in trying it but wanted to see if anyone had any feedback.
As such there will be a huge amount of muscles being worked across your whole body, from your fingers to your toes. Focusing on the 4 main lifts, Deadlift, Squat, Overhead Press and Bench Press will be a good place to start as well as all variations of these lifts. The more compound movements you can do the better.
Cory Gregory from MusclePharm recently re-structured his squat everyday program and is calling it Squat Everyday 2. 0 (Bench Most Days).
Week 1 Rack pull (conventional stance) set up in a squat rack or off of mats (the bar should sit at the mid-shin level) Work to a 1 rep max for the day Week 2 2 plate deficit deadlift (conventional stance) 4″ deficit (2 steel plates or one 45 lb. Bumper plate)

Cory Gregory's Squat Every Day: Day 1 You don't need to do all 11 variations as John Broz (the guy who inspired Cory to come up with this program) says he only has his athletes do traditional front and back squats. Personally I am using four variations which include front squats, back squats, and pause squats for those two variations.
