Why Can'T I Buy Pen Needles On Amazon - Amazon: Customer Questions & Answers
Supplies Just spent 20 minutes talking to an Amazon rep. Neither he nor his supervisor could figure out why my usual MedtFine pen needles, and practically every other brand of pen needle they offer are all of a sudden unable to be shipped to my address, or indeed any other address I enter (even Amazon lockers). ->

We noticed this "restriction" put up by Amazon on 12/11/2020 morning. Amazon is the one to put the "restriction" on ALL pen needles. We did NOT put those "restriction" on the Amazon website. #1 I had been using Amazon, but as mentioned in another thread, they apparently no longer allow shipments of pen needles to my state (?!?!). I am running short and have maybe a few days left. The major pen needle makers like BD are pressuring all the online sites to ban the sale of pen needles to keep the price up. I used to sell them on Amazon and starting getting cease and desist letters, then amazon restricted them. Also remember that Amazon is now a pharmacy too, so they have a vested interest in working with BD etc.

PSA: Pen needles are significantly cheaper on Amazon than the pharmacy. I live in Seattle and pen needles here are over $50 for a box of 100. On Amazon they are only $8-10 depending on your preferred gauge and length. I just found this out about an hour ago, glad I did an Amazon search first before blowing another $50!
