Nothing else. Male, 6 ft, 181lbs, 12. 5% body fat as of last reading. Lift 4-5 times a week (depending on what split I'm on) and running 3-5 miles a day, 4 times a week at an 8. 5-9 min mile pace. I am VERY familiar with the old OEP because it literally helped me lose 100 lbs in about 10 months (265 to 165 lean & ripped). This was 2011.
